Sign-up as an eCCLIX Subscriber

Only registered users will be allowed online access to the document indexes and images. Registered users will be charged a one-time sign-up fee of $200.00. [NOTE: Additional county sites, also sponsored by Software Management, LLC (SMLLC), will be setup for only $20 more per site, if done at the time of the initial signup. See the eCCLIX web site for more details.] Users are provided with unlimited access for a monthly fee of $65.00. Additional users/employees within that company are charged a $10 monthly fee. There is no limit to the number of index records or image documents that may be displayed or printed.

You can submit a request to become a user of the Boyd County Clerk's Office (BCCO) CCLIX© and CCLIX-OptIMA© database by printing, filling in and submitting this form with your payment to the address listed. The application requires that you choose a username for yourself (such as your last name, or firm/company name) and a private password. Together these will be your "key" into the BCCO web site once assigned. This information will be kept in a registration database that is accessible only to the web site administrator and not to ordinary users. Accounts are monitored periodically to verify that the number of authorized users has not been exceeded.

To get access faster, print and fax the sign-up form to 1-502-266-9447 or email the form to sales@smllc.us. We will email you an electronic invoice on the same business day. This will allow you to submit your payment immediately by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Upon receipt of your sign-up form and completion of payment, an e-mail will be sent to you with information about using your account.

If submitting sign-up form and payment by U.S. Mail, please allow 3 business days for account set-up and processing. You will be notified via e-mail of your account status.
