What is eCCLIX©?
The Boyd County Clerk's Office is pleased to present eCCLIX©, the Internet version of CCLIX©. Today, the system known as CCLIX© ("clicks"), County Clerk Indexing, is being utilized in almost half of Kentucky's County Clerk offices. Attorneys, title search personnel, surveyors and realtors have grown to depend upon the CCLIX© system to provide the fastest possible access to public records archived in the Kentucky County Clerk's office.

With eCCLIX©, an Internet-ready PC and printer, registered users can now view or print any online document right in their own home or office. For last minute title follow-ups, why not have an eCCLIX© terminal right at your closing table?

What's Available?
CCLIX-OptIMA©, the document imaging module was first implemented in 1998. Since then, more than 795,000 instrument and more than 75,000 security agreement document images have been made accessible.

Since May, 1995, all document filings in the Real Estate department have been indexed and imaged utilizing the CCLIX-OptIMA© system. Approximately 630,000 Instrument, 135,000 Security Agreement and 15,000 Delinquent Tax index records are available for in-house or online inquiry.
